In this Section you will find useful information on question regarding upcoming leagues, tournaments, social events and other general Nashville Sports Leagues policies and procedures.

What are Nashville Sports Leagues' office hours?
We are generally here from 9:00am - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday. We are closed on the weekend.

Where is your office located?
201 Thompson Lane, Suite 202, Nashville, TN 37211.

Is the a minimum age requirement?
YES! All players must be 21 years of age or older.

How do I register for leagues, classes or events?
We strongly recommend you register using the NSL website but we welcome your visit to the World Headquarters anytime to register in person.

Is the website secure?
Absolutely

What is the extra fee associated with my credit card payment?
Each team that uses a credit card to pay their league fees will be charged a 5% credit card surchrge. All players that pay a portion of the team's fee using a credit card will be charged a $3.75 credit card processing fee.

When is the deadline to register?
The deadline to register for leagues, classes or events is three business days prior to the start date. HOWEVER due to the high demand and limited field space our leagues are filling faster then ever and ALL leagues are first come first serve. We cannot hold spots for any players or teams.

What does the email notice I received actually mean?
There are several notices that our system generates when we change your status. All notices are automatically generated.
A. Pending - If a registration is submitted correctly a "pending" notice is sent. This means we have your registration.
B. Enrolled (Building Roster) - We received your registration and have room for you in the league. It's now time to build your roster
C. Enrolled (Roster Complete) - You have submitted oyur final roster which is due the second week/game of the season whichever comes first.
D. Waitlisted - We no longer have any space in the league. We strongly suggest trying another division or day of play.

Do I have to have a team to register?
NO!  Individuals and small groups are encouraged to register.  We create funs teams of individual registrants every season for every league if we have enough players that are interested.

Can I be placed on a team with my friend(s) or coworkers(s)?
Sure. In the comment section of the registration form make sure each players lists the people they want to play with.

When can I expect to Hear about my registration for my team or individual status?
We send out schedules two to three business days prior to the start of the league. If you registered as an individual we will provide you with team information around the same time the schedule is prepared or sooner based on how fast your team fills up?

When I register as an individual am I placed on an existing team?
NO! We have plenty of individuals that register each season and rather then stick you on an existing team we create our own teams of fun sport and social minded people just like you.

What is your refund policy?
NO refunds of any kind will be made on or after the original start date. Within one week of the original start date only 50% refund will be given. All cancellations must be done in writing via email.

How do we notify our opponents of a forfeit?
All forfeit notices must be done in writing. This is to insure we will get the notice, hopefully in time to contact your opponents.
