Ultimate Frisbee

Nashville Sports Leagues’ Monday night coed ultimate frisbee league promises the optimum experience for frisbee enthusiasts in the Music City area. Join one of the NSL spring, summer, or fall ultimate frisbee leagues for a great workout and good time with your friends. Our league plays at The Boys and Girls Club in the Woodbine area. This flat, open field is perfect for frisbee games and has plenty of space to run, throw, and score.

Whether you’ve never thrown a frisbee or are a pro frisbee fiend, we’ll make sure that your team is balanced in terms of experience and skill level. The NSL team has shaped a number of ultimate frisbee careers from scratch, helping newcomers improve their game and have a good time out on the field.

Every Nashville Sports League ultimate frisbee team has a minimum of 10 players, with seven players on the field at once. The coed requirements are a five men max and two women minimum on the field during play.

Ultimate Frisbee Registration and Fees: 

Free Agent: $52 per season 
Sign up as a full team with your friends or join as a free agent (individual or small group). We work with hundreds of free agents every year and make sure to place them on teams where they’ll meet new people and make friends. Have a free agent request to be on the same team as your friend? Add it to the comment section when registering and we will make it happen! 

Team Fee: $47 per player 
Already have a group of friends, and want to join as a team? Determine your team captain and register as a team. A team captain can pay the entire team fee or split it up so that each player on the team can pay his or her portion.
