Flag Football

Nashville Sports Leagues is proud to offer several, organized flag football leagues in men's and coed formats. We host leagues on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. You're sure to find a league that matches your schedule.

Our goal is to provide structured and rewarding flag football experiences through our men's and co-recreational leagues regardless of athletic ability. 

Flag Football leagues play throughout the calendar year. Register as a free agent, small group or entire team. A variety of leagues are offered to accommodate all skill sets and abilities.

Nashville Sports Leagues has provided flag football leagues since 2002. We all have the love for the game and want to help you whether you are an experienced player or just a new team starting out.

Flag Football Registration and Fees

Free Agents:$62 a season
Interested in playing flag football, but that do not have a team? Register as a free agent. Free Agents are players that would like to join a Nashville Sports Leagues team but don’t have enough players to form their own team. Have a free agent request to be on the same team as your friend? Add it to the comment section when registering and we will make it happen! 

Team Fee - $55 per player
Already have a group of friends, and want to join as a team? Determine your team captain and register as a team. A team captain can pay the entire team fee or split it up so that each player on the team can pay his or her portion.
